Students will take an enticing walk through some of Australia’s deep past, stretching back tens-of- thousands of years. They will consider the fascinating histories of our First Nations peoples. They will investigate the arrival of the Europeans in what they’d call ‘New Holland’ and how this changed the landscape of the country. Students will consider the impact that industrialisation in Europe had on us and our movements towards the dawn of the twentieth century.
